Sample DIN A4 invitation
Whether for a VIP event, a product launch or a trade fair party, our invitations are friendly and bring people together. DIN A4 document or DIN long format bifold card? The occasion will decide which invitation format you use. A DIN A4 template is available. These can be sent either digitally or as a printed item.
1. Logo
Position of upper right-hand corner (X | Y): 195.2mm | 15mm
Size (W×H): 35.2mm × 20.5mm
2. Title
Choose a single- or two-line title which summarises the event at a glance. The base line for the first line is always justified to the upper edge of the image.
Position of upper left-hand corner (X | Y): 15mm | 48mm
3. Hook
The hook provides a frame for the title and improves its impact. It is always justified to the left-hand edge of the logo.

4. Image
Choose the image to suit the occasion. Ensure the visual language is clear and high-quality.
5. Invitation text
Who, when, where? The text of the invitation on a white background provides the key information for your event and includes a friendly invitation.
6. Lower hook
Who is issuing the invitation? The lower hook clearly indicates that Reflex has sent the invitation.
