Single packaging

We use single packaging for products which sometimes have a visible presence and are stocked at wholesalers. This includes, for example, Servitec Mini & Servitec S, separators and Fillset & Fillguard.

When designing product packaging, please follow these guidelines:

Logo
The logo is always located in the top, right-hand third. The minimum size must be maintained: for further information on this, see The logo – size in this manual. Please also ensure that the distances are always maintained as defined in section The logo – one logo height above, below and to the right.

Headline
The base line of the headline is the same as the upper edge of the green area.
The subline is produced in German and English. The two languages are placed one above the other on the front, and next to each other on the sides, separated by a vertical line.

Hook
Headlines and sublines are surrounded by an (intentional) white space, a hook. The hook intrudes into the green area for the line drawing. Its height is governed by the amount of text and its width by the logo. The hook is always justified to the left-hand edge of the logo.
See Advertisements for further information on the hook.

Line drawing
All product packaging is based on Reflex green surfaces. A white line drawing of the product in the packaging is added to this. No-frills and clear.

QR code for more information
The front face of all packaging has an extra so-called add-in: this comprises the QR code for the appropriate operating instructions and our ‘Engineered in Germany’ label.

All packaging is printed using spot colours.

We use line drawings to represent our products on product packaging.

Continuous printed packaging

Continuous printed packaging is used when sending the customer multiple spare parts packaged together as a single item.

Box labels

We use box labels to provide our packaging with country-specific information (such as the country of origin).
Please ensure that box labels always include the following:

  • our Reflex logo
  • the product name and article number
  • an EAN code
  • the EAC and CE marks and
  • our manufacturer's address.
